This is a three-session arc for those ready to go underneath — to trace the patterns that keep repeating, the weight that doesn't feel like yours, the soul-level contracts that have been quietly running the show. We begin with intention. We end with integration. And in between, we follow whatever emerges. The modalities serve the process, not the other way around.

And if you're simply seeking clarity on a question your rational mind can't answer — this is also yours.

90 minutes — For layered questions, major crossroads, or when you’re a practitioner wanting to bring your own work or clients into the space. The same doorway, held open longer — room to open something and actually stay with it.

These are dedicated energy medicine sessions — less verbal, more direct. I work with your energy body, your field, and what lives in the layers between the two, using a full integrated toolkit built across more than twenty years of practice: Reiki, shamanic energy work, sound healing, somatic awareness, breathwork, toning, visualization, guided meditation, intentional silence, and ritual and ceremony elements. Akashic record work and shamanic clearing are woven in where the field calls for them

What these sessions address: chakra imbalances and blockages, aura clearing and repair, cord cutting, ancestral and lineage clearing, depossession work, trauma held in the body and energy field, nervous system dysregulation, dense or stagnant energies that are ready to move, and the unnamed heaviness that has no story but has weight.
Sessions are spirit-led and field-responsive. I go where the work is, not where I assume it should be.
60 minutes — Focused and targeted. For those who already work with energy regularly, those easing in for the first time, or anyone who knows exactly what needs attention.
90 minutes — Where the work opens fully. More time isn’t padding — it’s permission. Complex clearing, layered cord work, depossession, deep trauma in the body, and significant chakra and aura repair all benefit from the spaciousness of 90 minutes. This is the length I most often recommend for those new to energy work and those in active transition.
2 hours — A ceremony. Pre-session grounding, deep immersive clearing across multiple layers, integration time before we close, and post-session orientation so you leave grounded and held — not raw and open. For major life transitions, deep ancestral work, space clearing, or a complete energetic reset.

My name is Ivy Godiva. I spent the first half of my life inside a system that told me my intuition was dangerous and my questions were sin. I spent the second half unlearning every word of it.
