any given session is determined by you — your energy body, your timing,
what's ready to move.
Some healing happens in conversation — following the thread of what you say, what you remember, what emerges when you're finally asked the right question.
This is different.
There is a space between the words and the wound — liminal ground, where language runs out and something ancient takes over.
Through the Threshold is work that happens in the space between. Direct energy medicine for the body, the field, and everything that lives in the layers between the two. We follow the lantern into the places the thinking mind can't reach: the nervous system, the energy body, the ancestral lines, the fragments of soul that have been waiting for someone to come find them.
You don't need to understand the modalities for them to work. You only need to be willing to follow where the lantern leads.

This session is for those new to energy medicine, those returning for targeted work on a specific pattern or area, or those who want to come in and see what rises to the surface. We begin with a brief check-in, I do an initial read of your energetic landscape, and we follow what's most present.

Deeper scope. Room for two to three modalities or extended single-focus work, with full integration time.
This is the most versatile container — long enough to go somewhere real, spacious enough not to rush the landing. We can move through a layered piece of work, follow a thread through multiple dimensions of the field, or give a single area of the body or energy body the kind of sustained attention it's been waiting for.

The full ceremonial container. Complex or multi-layered work — soul retrieval, power retrieval, ancestral clearing, depossession — followed by extended integration and rest.
This session is for the work that asks for more: more time, more depth, more space to land afterward. Some things can't be rushed. Some things need the full ceremony — the preparation, the opening, the work itself, and then the slow return. If you've been called to go all the way in, this is your container.
Not every session will call for mediumship — but the door is open, and we follow what comes through.
