Welcome. By using this website or booking services through The Alchemist's Vine, you agree to the following terms. Please read them — they're here to protect both of us.

1. The Nature of This Work

The services offered through The Alchemist's Vine — including spiritual mentoring, energy healing, oracle readings, and all related offerings — are for personal growth, spiritual development, and energetic support. They are not a substitute for medical care, psychiatric treatment, or licensed mental health services. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis or medical emergency, please contact a qualified professional.

2. Payments

All sessions and packages are paid in full at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged. Pricing is offered on a sliding scale; the tier you select is made in good faith and does not require documentation or explanation.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

I ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice may be forfeited. You may reschedule once per booking when done in advance. Life happens — if you're facing an emergency, please reach out directly and we'll find a way forward.

4. Refunds

Due to the nature of this work and the time reserved on your behalf, sessions are non-refundable once booked. If something arises before your session that makes attendance impossible, please contact me as soon as possible.

5. Confidentiality

Everything shared in our sessions is held in confidence. The only exceptions are situations where I am required by law to act — specifically, if there is imminent risk of harm to you or someone else. I take your privacy seriously and maintain strict ethical standards in all of my work.

6. Results

This work can be profoundly transformative. It can also be slow, nonlinear, and sometimes uncomfortable — because real change usually is. I make no guarantees regarding specific outcomes. What I offer is presence, skill, and deep commitment to your process. What you bring is your own willingness and readiness.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including written materials, downloadable resources, session content, and original frameworks — is the intellectual property of Ivy [Last Name] / The Alchemist's Vine and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

8. Website Use

You agree to use this website lawfully and respectfully. Any misuse or attempt to disrupt, hack, or exploit this site may result in legal action.
